Village and sand village near each other

Great seed when you spawn you can go forward towards the desert and find a sand village. But if you turn around when you spawn you will find a village with blacksmith and lots of caves. The blacksmith contains apples, ink sacs, and an iron sword. Each village has it's own lava pool. Also if you dig strait down from the well you will be right next to an abandoned mineshaft.
