On the ground floor, there is a full service lobby with lounges for the guests and residences of this prestigious building.

There is also a multitude of offices along with a ballroom, a conference room, bathrooms, and many elevators to get you where you need to go.

On floors 2-10, there is a full service parking garage with access to each parking floor with many parking spaces to choose from.

The 12th floor, is the amenities floor with the luxurious 5 star restaurant, The 16, along with The Terrace At Trump.

The same floor includes many amenities such as a spa, fitness room, a pool, 2 yoga classrooms and, many elevators.

On floors 13-20 there is many luxurious hotel rooms to choose from such as studios, 1 bedrooms, and 2 bedroom, and a few conference rooms.

On floors 22-32, is the first tower of residences with fully furnished units such as studios, 1 bedrooms, and 2 bedrooms.
