The falling leaves mod adds an attractive trait to trees; as you all may know, trees in real-life don't stay in one shape; they drop leaves all day and grow new ones; this is precisely how trees act in Minecraft with the Falling leaves mod, as little as it may sound, this feature can make for a very realistic and adventurous modpack, as you'll walk around seeing leaves drop everywhere and get carried away with the wind sometimes, it's a convenient addition to have.
