village can be seen by spawn. Other two villages are behind spawn point. Short distance. All three have blacksmiths. One has emeralds and another has 4 obsidian. Diamonds dig next to well 1st village

found another 4 diamonds in second village. Dug down by well again. Just watch out for lava!
