This is the best seed I've ever seen. Including the first 4 villages, I've found a total of 12. In the first set of villages there is an abandon mineshaft about 35 blocks below the village with all the water. If you go south from that same village about a days walk away you'll come across another 2 villages, one of which has a strong hold. Fly out into the desert beyond the stronghold village you'll eventually find a desert well.
