This seed has a ice spikes biome visible from
spawn as well as a medium standard village
Pictures
pic 1 shows the ice spikes biome and pic 2 shows the distance from the ice spikes and spawn. The 3rd picture shows the village next to a few trees.
Directions
you will spawn facing a little plains biome but as soon as you turn round you will see a snow biome. Travel south for a few seconds and the ice spikes will be on your right. head back to spawn and this time head north-west for half a minute and you will see the village

liked and I've already followed you from your other seed 
You got a little mixed up because pic 3 is the distance from the ice spikes and spawn and pic 2 is the village! 
But don't worry everyone makes mistakes
