Ok, in case you don't know, click the download button and it should take you to the next page with on the top left corner click and hold on the image until it says "Save Image" Click that button and after that it should say "downloading" after that click your download folder. Enjoy

Is your iPad jailbroken? I'm afraid it won't work if it isn't, moreover if you have an android device, it should work well.
