If you've ever watched Mojang's promotional trailers, you'll surely love them; the animation is smooth, appealing, and high-quality. I think that you, my friend, have had this question, if not once in your life: "IS This Even Minecraft?" the answer to that, though it hurts, is no. Not with Vanilla Minecraft, at least... Come on, I'll show you how this fantastic animation was implemented inside Minecraft with Shaders, mods, and Texture packs!
- The Simple style, Fluid animations, and Gorgeous Lighting:
The trailer visuals were surely not bland; they had a splash of vivid colors, seamless animations, and a simple yet appealing style:
Simplicity: the first was the addition of a Minecraft texture pack called Barebones. as the name suggests, this pack aimed to simplify the game's textures down to its barebone look; this texture pack doesn't have a specific size in particular and aims to give each block its deserved amount of detail.
Fluidity: A crucial addition to this mod pack was the Fresh Animations Texture pack, a project unlike any other; it focused on overhauling the animation of all mobs, making them behave quite similar to that of a Minecraft promotional trailer, meaning villagers will have facial expressions; spiders will have moving legs, and many other incredible stuff.
Attractive Lighting: To wrap it up, the mod pack included a shader pack called "BSL Shaders; my introducing it to you is useless; this shader is so popular, and its graphics show why; this shader has an incredible lighting system, meaning things like torches will glow during night time, and you can even notice spider with red glowing eyes, which is terrifying.
The mod pack is easy to install if you install the Modrinth app.
