Hi nelly72, I am sorry that you are having problems downloading the Map. Are you downloading this map on a Computer, or a Phone? Is it like where the Download Completes and when you open it its empty?If you are downloading on a Computer try 7-Zip (which can be found at http://www.7-zip.org/).If you are Downloading on a Phone, is it Android or Apple?
