[RARE] [For 0.12.X] Normal Village at spawn in desert with blacksmith and nearby desert well.

Note: This is for 0.12.X and above. Some stuff may be missing if used on other versions.

This seed includes a Normal Village in a desert with a Blacksmith. Now that may sound normal, but Sand Villages spawn in the desert. Not Normal Villages. That is the reason why I consider it as Rare. On top of that, there is a desert well if you keep going past the Village, and there is also some awsome loot in the Blacksmith. The loot includes:

Iron Tools & Armor

Apples

Gold & Iron Ingots
