You must get permission from the skin authors if you're gonna do that.
So? By submitting skins you are basically accepting the terms of service and use. Don't abuse the freedom to post
Ah cool.... But you know you HAVE to be the author or have permission from original author if you don't change the skin at all... Right?
BTW if you did not know all the skins that I have uploaded to MCPE Hub are from www.planetminecraft.net and trust me the skins there are really good there!
